Ben has worked in public practice for over 8 years focusing on taxation issues affecting corporate and multinational clients. He has a wide understanding of the taxation issues affecting both inbound and outbound clients, and has provided advice on structuring investments and business operations.
Ben has provided advice to outbound clients in a number of jurisdictions including the US, UK, throughout Asia and the Middle East. As well as international and corporate tax, Ben regularly assists local start-up companies with structuring and ongoing tax issues.
Ben has assisted companies with applications for government grants, including; Research and Development, Accelerating Commercialisation and Export Market Development Grants.
Ben regularly deals with issues affecting large proprietary companies and small/ medium listed companies and has experience preparing deferred tax calculations and disclosures.
Ben is a regular contributor to professional publications and consistently presents on income tax issues.
